- Lashes must be clean and makeup-free for the best results.
- Reactions to lash adhesive are rare, but they can happen. We only use top-tier products and follow strict sanitation so your lash health always comes first. That said, Iconic Lash Bar isn’t responsible for allergic reactions.
- Concerned about sensitivity? Schedule a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment—just reach out and we’ll set it up.

Life happens—we get it. Just give us a heads up.
- Need to cancel or reschedule? Do it at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file.
- No-shows? That’s a full charge—100% of the service will be billed.
